So, some days ago I was discussing with a friend about what he does and what I do; he’s a web designer and I’m a web developer.
Some people think that web developer is just another fancy name to call those that build web sites on Joomla or Wordpress; but let me tell you people, that you can’t be more wrong! Those are very different jobs with very different responsibilities and requirements.
So I’ll be posting some suggestions I’d like to give you on how to be lucky.
As I said on my first post, I’m doing what I’m doing and being known by a lot of people because I was lucky.
Sometimes luck is about factors you don’t have control over, such as having good parents, living on a specific place, having the capability to read minds and stuff like that. But sometimes luck comes because of things you do (things you have control over).
So I decided to start my story from the very beginning:
I was born and have spent at least my first 21 years living on the same neighborhood: Tamatán, one of the poorest and most dangerous places of Ciudad Victoria, México.
I didn’t really do anything meaningful with my life until I got into college. I mean, I used to get very good grades at elementary school and high school, but back home I’d just lay down on the couch and watch tv, or play around with my friend.
